UFC strawweight champion Rose Namajunas becomes the latest UFC fighter to ink a individual partnership deal.
Rose Namajunas has become the latest UFC fighter to announce a partnership with the UFC’s apparel sponsor, Reebok.
“Thug Rose” announced the news on her Instagram account earlier this week.
“Excited to announce my partnership with Reebok!” Namajunas wrote, accompanying the picture of here which included the graphic “Welcome to Team Thug Rose”
Namajunas (8-3) won the UFC strawweight title in November 2017 when she knocked out Joanna J?drzejczyk in the first round at UFC 217. She later defended her title against J?drzejczyk in April of last year.
Fighters on the UFC roster have to wear Reebok apparel during fight week and when they walk to the cage, however only a few fighters including the likes of Conor McGregor and J?drzejczyk have individual partnership deals with the sportswear company.
The reigning champion Namajunas will aim to defend her title when she takes on Jessica Andrade at UFC 237 on May 11th in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.
