Comedian Rosie O’Donnell was delighted by Colby Covington’s loss and broken jaw after UFC 245.

Colby Covington’s heel persona has so far pushed buttons in the combat sports realm. But because of his political inclinations, he has seemingly irritated even those who aren’t involved in the fight game.

“Chaos” is a vocal supporter of United States president Donald Trump, who himself is a polarizing figure in the country. This caught the attention of comedian and actress Rosie O’Donnell, who is also loud about her anti-Trump stance.

O’Donnell was apparently tuned in on Saturday’s main event clash between Covington and Kamaru Usman at UFC 245. Right after the fight, she immediately expressed great pleasure in Covington’s loss via fifth-round TKO, which also resulted in a broken jaw.

Covington wasn’t too happy about the stoppage, blasting referee Marc Goddard right after the fight. Through separate social media posts, he blamed the veteran official for “robbing” both him and the fans of a fair fight.

The loss snapped Covington’s seven-fight win streak, as he now holds a record of 15-2 (with seven wins by stoppage).
