“The Greatest” is bringing you “The Baddest.”
Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women’s bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey, is starting her own video game streaming channel, “The Baddest Stream on the Planet,” with Facebook Gaming beginning Feb. 18.
“Gaming has always been a huge part of my life, and I can’t wait to share that passion with my millions of fans on Facebook Gaming,” Rousey said (via TMZ). “Through my streams, people can hang out with the real me, not the ‘character’ version of myself they’re used to seeing, though the ‘Rowdy One’ can’t always be contained.”
Rousey is currently on hiatus from professional wrestling after a successful run for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), an endeavor made possible through her success in mixed martial arts (MMA) under the UFC banner.
“In recent years, games have been a great way for me to keep my mind active when my body is too sore or tired to move,” Rousey said.
“Rowdy” has not competed since late 2016, a knockout loss to reigning 135-pound titleholder Amanda Nunes.
