Bellator 196 ‘Henderson vs Huerta’ comes to Budapest Sports Arena in Budapest, Hungary on Apr. 6, 2018. Joining the commentary team that night is a very special guest who is doing it for a very special cause.
Bellator 196 “Henderson vs. Huerta” comes to Budapest Sports Arena in Budapest, Hungary on April 6, 2018. The headline fight for the night is a Lightweight duel between two long time veterans of the sport who each have prior UFC credentials: Benson Henderson (24-8) and Roger Huerta (24-9-1, 1 NC).
It’s a special main event to be sure but the broadcast team for the show will also be special. Even though Sean Grande left Bellator in 2017 just before the big MSG card, he’s going to make a “one night only” return for Budapest and donate the proceeds to a good cause.
Happy to report my return to Bellator and MMA for one night only April 6.
There were so many reasons to do it, but here’s the biggest.
My main event fee is going to my friend Manny Rodriguez.
If you enjoy the show, and can give a little, thank you.https://t.co/hCm8ZlUCw4

Grande’s donation will go to medical expenses for Bellator Spanish-language broadcaster Manny Rodriguez. Rodriguez is dealing with severe heart issues following the recent diagnosis of a pulmonary embolism, and a YouCaring fund set up in his honor has already hit its first goal, but there’s much more to be done.
