Sean McCorkle and Mariusz Pudzianowski are going to run it back.
Three months after “Big Sexy” submitted “The World’s Strongest Man” via first-round Kimura at KSW 23, they’ll meet again at KSW 24 on Sept. 28, McCorkle confirmed with MMAFighting.com on Monday. The fight will take place in Warsaw, Poland, where Pudzianowski is a big star.
The win snapped McCorkle’s (17-5) three-fight losing streak, while it was Pudzianowski’s (5-3) first loss in four fights.
Following the fight, McCorkle praised KSW and the Polish fans.
“I’ve got a two-fight deal, and I’d love to come back as many time as they’ll have me,” he said. “This is now my new favorite country in the world, including the United States.”
Also scheduled for KSW 24 is a battle of former UFC fighters in Andre Winner vs. Maciej Jewtuszko.
