After a two-plus year absence from the organization, Seth Petruzelli’s
return to the UFC is official.
The man perhaps best known for defeating Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson in
a 2008 EliteXC event has been officially announced for a UFC 116 bout
with light heavyweight newcomer Ricardo Romero.
Featuring a heavyweight title unification bout between belt holders
Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin, “UFC 116: Lesnar vs. Carwin” takes place
July 3 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
