I’ve got some bad news for Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweights, who’ve been able to coast over the last few years. Former 185-pound champion Luke Rockhold is finally healthy and still the baddest man in the gym.

Just ask him, he’ll tell you.

“I feel being healthy and with a clear mind with nothing on my shoulders, I’m a problem for every one of these guys,” Rockhold told MMA Fighting. “I’m not done. I feel like I have a lot more in me. I enjoy fighting. When I’m in the gym, I’m still the best motherfucker there. It’s about fighting, stepping into that cage with a clear head and healthy body and taking out whoever’s in front of me.”

Including homeless zombie women.

Rockhold stepped away from competition back in 2019 following a dreadful 1-3 streak that ended in three knockouts. While no timeline has been established for his return, the former Strikeforce standout is teasing a Chris Weidman rematch later this year.

Stay tuned.
