The feud between Paulie Malignaggi and Conor McGregor lives on!
Sure, it’s a one-sided feud, as “Notorious” is both too rich and too successful to give an Irish ham about the retired boxer, but that’s not going to stop the ill-tempered Malignaggi from getting his licks in whenever possible.
Or snots, in this case.
The newly-signed bareknuckle boxer hocked a loogie on the longstanding McGregor mural in Santa Monica, Calif., because that’s what you do when you’re a cool badass like Malignaggi, especially when the cameras are rolling!
In other worthless news, I actually thought “mural” was pronounced “Muriel” for like the first 20 years of my life, thanks to the garbled delivery of Ted Knight on Too Close for Comfort. Which reminds me, WTF happened to Monroe in that back of that van?
Anyway, Malignaggi has a chance to avenge his phantom knockdown against McGregor when he collides with the Irishman’s longtime teammate, Artem Lobov, at the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) event on June 22.
Where spitting, sadly, is (still) against the rules.
