MONTREAL – With the UFC’s return to Canada already slated for April, it was easy to anticipate the question.
Will Canadian superstar and welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre be
available to headline April’s UFC 131 event, which marks the promotion’s
debut in Toronto and takes place at the 69,000-seat Rogers Centre?
If it’s up to the champ, he sure will. UFC president Dana White isn’t
ready to commit to that just yet, but he said there are a few more big
guns that may also be available to take part in the blockbuster event.
