The Orange County (Calif.) District Attorney has asked for additional evidence before deciding whether to press charges against Jason “Mayhem” Miller.

Spokesperson Farah Emami today told MMAjunkie.com that a decision could be made within a week, but no concrete timetable was available.

Miller was arrested this past month on suspicion of burglary after police found him naked inside a church in Mission Viejo, Calif. He posted bail and was released.
