SAN JOSE, Calif. – All 24 fighters for Friday’s Showtime-broadcast
“Strikeforce Challengers VI: Kaufman vs. Hashi” event officially made
weight for the show on Thursday evening.
MMAjunkie.com was on scene for the ceremonies and captured images of all 24
competitors as they hit the scale at the Hilton San Jose in San Jose,
Calif. The San Jose Civic Auditorium plays host to Friday night’s fight
card.
Check out the images, which include main-event fighters Sarah
Kaufman and Takayo Hashi, who will compete for Strikeforce’s first ever
women’s welterweight (135-pound) title, as well as South African
veteran Trevor Prangley and his opponent, Frenchman Karl Amoussou.
