Strikeforce World Grand Prix Heavyweight Tournament Final poster
Strikeforce is set to put an end to it’s World Grand Prix Heavyweight Tournament tomorrow, but first the fighters must step on the scales for the official weigh-ins.
The weigh-ins for Strikeforce: Barnett vs. Cormier will begin this evening at 7pm EST (4pm PST) from the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California, the same venue for tomorrow’s live event on Showtime and Showtime Extreme.
Headlining the event are heavyweights Josh Barnett and Daniel Cormier who fought their way into the final beginning over a year ago. Also on tap, will be a grudge match lightweight title bout between champ Gilbert Melendez and challenger Josh Thomson.
