“Strikeforce: Nashville” draws 8,196 attendees to Bridgestone Arena

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Strikeforce’s first-ever visit to the state of
Tennessee drew a reported attendance of 8,196 mixed martial arts fans to
Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.

While a live gate figure was not released, Strikeforce officials
confirmed the attendance mark with MMAjunkie.com at
Saturday night’s “Strikeforce: Nashville” post-event press conference.

The Tennessee Athletic Commission is expected to release officially
verified figures early next week.
