“Strikeforce: Nashville” medical suspensions issued to all fighters, six get extended layoffs

As is customary, the Tennessee Athletic Commission issued medical suspensions to all fighters who competed at this past weekend’s “Strikeforce: Nashville” event.

While most of the suspensions run the customary three days, six fighters – none of whom competed on the CBS-televised main card – were issued suspensions of 30 days or more.

“Strikeforce: Nashville” took place April 17 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn., and featured three title fights.
