T.J. Dillashaw, Aljamain Sterling and Will Brooks lay down a hurting on social media

Don’t even try to test me on social media, I run the social media fight game. I’ll change your bum Twitter life.

There were some pretty sweet burns on social media lately and Your Humble Narrator was there to soak them all up.

Let’s begin with butthurt disappointed former bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw, who is already busy training for a rematch with Dominick Cruz.

Oh mercy, that brings a tear to the eye, it does. Frankly, I thought Cruz buried Dillashaw in this video snippet when he laughed at the former champion at the post-fight press conference: “That’s a nice suit though. He thought he was winning.”

Next up we have Bellator MMA lightweight champion Will Brooks mocking former champ Michael Chandler for his performance in their last fight:

I may not move the needle but I moved his brain enough to make him call time like a game of pick up basketball pic.twitter.com/H4G2i9SNO9

Ouch. No doubt this was in response to Chandler’s recent rant on the MMA Hour that the champ doesn’t “move the needle” for Bellator. Chandler lost twice to Brooks in 2014, once by split decision and the second time by stoppage in the above video.

These two are certainly destined to meet for a trilogy after news Chandler has re-signed with the company to a multi-fight contract.

And now for the piece da resistance (what, you think all Canadians speak French or something?) with Aljamain Sterling:

I admit I chuckled when I read the hashtag about hiding behind Miesha Tate’s sideboob, then fully broke into wide-mouthed laughter when it was followed up by “I see you peeking.” Oh Lordy.

Good times. Sterling is a funny guy. Sadly, he is a free agent and remains unsigned with UFC, despite his undefeated status.
