The Misfits Boxing co-president shared plans for KSI’s busy boxing schedule in 2025, which he hopes includes a bout against the embattled Irish sports star.
With Conor McGregor’s attempt to fight Logan Paul in India denied, is “The Notorious” moving on to Paul’s business partner, KSI?
Paul and KSI are the two heads of PRIME, which looked like it was becoming serious competition to Gatorade for a hot second. But, sales slumped nearly 50 percent in 2024, probably off the fact that Logan and KSI weren’t exactly cooking last year, with multiple mis-steps.
Nevertheless, that’s led Logan to schedule a “full-time run” with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), and KSI’s manager, Mams Taylor, is now talking about three fights this year … and talks with McGregor.

“There are talks taking place, and talks are leading to more talks,” Taylor told TalkSPORT. “I know he’s interested for a fact. I think no fight makes more sense than this fight for Conor … He’s a tough guy, he’s a tough challenge for anyone and I think now with the back-and-forth, it makes sense.
“I think this will break records and be in the Top 5 biggest selling pay-per-views of all-time,” Taylor added. “I think all sides are motivated by what it can do, they can both sell. There is an underlying respect and disdain there too. I think it will be a massive, massive fight and I can’t think of a fight that would be bigger for Conor in terms of numbers.”
The big problem is UFC, which hasn’t given McGregor even a sniff of a fight since he withdrew from a June 2024 fight with a broken pinky toe (seriously). It won’t schedule him on a UFC event and don’t seem interested in letting him go off and fight influencers, either.
“There are some complications and hurdles to overcome,” Mams admitted. “But, we are definitely going for it … and I also think it’s a stadium fight.”
Taylor claimed KSI would fight three times in 2025, hyping up the level of competition he’d face.

“Fight one will be a great surprise and very interesting,” he said. “Fight two and three — if people are worried we will take the same route as Jake — he will not be fighting retired MMA fighters, these will be serious opponents. It will be epic and I can’t wait to announce it all, but for now focus will be on fight one and his huge comeback.”
KSI was supposed to fight former Premiere league footballer, Wayne Bridge, at the end of March, but Bridge got one taste of Influencer boxing — KSI drudged up old allegations of Bridge’s ex cheating on him — and canceled the fight.
So, that’s the level of competition we’re dealing with for KSI’s comeback match.
Even with the state McGregor seems to be in, there’s oceans between where he and KSI are. Not like it matters. Unless Conor pulls a shocking legal maneuver and manages to slip out of the UFC’s iron grip, he’s not doing anything until Dana White says so.
