You better watch out when you talk about Miesha Tate on the Internet because there’s a chance “Cupcake” will show up and school you.
That’s exactly what happened to some unfortunate keyboard warrior on Facebook, who tried to diss Tate in the comments of a MyMMANews article about Olympic gold medalist and rising PFL star Kayla Harrison (hat tip BJPenn.com).
Tate was defending Harrison in regard to recent remarks from UFC President, Dana White, who questioned whether Harrison was “ready” for UFC competition.
“Yes, she’s ready,” Tate said on her Sirius XM radio show MMA Today. “She’s a two-time Olympic gold medalist — she’s a savage. What better woman is there at 145 besides Amanda [Nunes] who is actually a 135er. I mean first of all she’s fighting at 155, she’s proved that she can make and win, at 145, that would be the division to come to.
“There are no better women in my opinion than Kayla Harrison at 145, her and Amanda would be a very exciting fight to watch and a fight stylistically that’s much more interesting than any other fight at 145 for Amanda,” Tate continued.
LOL…. @MieshaTate just roasted some kid on our Facebook page and I love it. #UFC @MP2310 pic.twitter.com/DyUCs2kpcW

Enter the Facebook commenter, who declared “Kayla would kill her. And still can’t get Rousey’s name out of her mouth. What a surprise.”
Tate popped up six minutes later to absolutely melt the dude.
“I hope you didn’t work up too much of a sweat with your a—hole comment,” she wrote. “To kill or be killed you know nothing about so sit back down on you cushy couch you potato and let the warriors do the work.”
Tate is preparing for her UFC comeback against Marion Reneau on July 17, 2021, so you know she’s got her aggression on point for her first UFC fight in almost five years.
