Conor McGregor reacts to the official booking of his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier.
It’s official: McGregor-Poirier 3 is set to conclude on July 10 at UFC 264 in front of a full crowd at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The UFC announced the news on Twitter earlier today, and McGregor reacted by promising to ‘rip this game a new asshole’, assuring fans that ‘The Mac is back’.

“I signed my bout agreement this morning,” McGregor revealed to ESPN’s Ariel Helwani on Wednesday. “I’m going to rip this game a new asshole July 10th. The Mac is back in Sin City! Full house!”
McGregor had previously called off the fight after getting into a public spat with Poirier over a charity donation, but the rematch is back on and both men are rearing to go.
McGregor boasts a TKO win over Poirier from their 2014 featherweight matchup in Las Vegas, with the Irishman going on to pinch the featherweight title with a stunning 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo at UFC 194. Poirier rebounded with a TKO win of his own at UFC 257, finishing McGregor in the second round and becoming the first man to stop ‘The Notorious’ with strikes.
UFC 264: Poirier vs. McGregor III is scheduled to take place on July 10 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
