Take a look at the fights lined up for the UFC’s The Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale on Friday, July 8th in Las Vegas, Nevada.
From July 7th-9th, the UFC will have 5 championship fights spread across 3 events, with the bulk of the title matches happening at UFC 200. On July 8th, The Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale will feature a highly anticipated rematch between strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Brazil’s Claudia Gadelha. These two met in a three-round, non-title bout in December 2014, with Joanna scoring a knockdown and edging out her rival by split decision.
Also on the card are the two TUF finals for the light heavyweight and strawweight divisions, as well as an intriguing pair of lightweight bouts. James Krause takes on Ross Pearson, while prospect Jake Matthews battles Kevin Lee, replacing Stevie Ray, who is out due to visa issues. Gray Maynard also makes his return, this time as a featherweight, as he fights Brazil’s Fernando Bruno.
