Rony Jason received the longest medical suspension due to injuries sustained at The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 3 Finale card on May 31, the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) announced Monday.
Jason broke his left hand in a three-round bout with Robbie Peralta in the main card, and had surgery immediately after the fight.
Several fighters received a 45-day suspension including Fabio Maldonado, who suffered a 35-second knockout loss to Stipe Miocic in the main event. Kevin Souza and Matt Eddiva, who received the Fight of the Bonus, are among the fighters out for at least 45 days.
