Dustin Poirier seems willing to take Dan Hooker up on his offer.
Dan Hooker’s callout of Dustin Poirier at UFC Fight Night 168 didn’t seem to do the trick, so ‘The Hangman’ made sure to follow up on Twitter with the following post.

“Can you see me now,” Hooker posted on Twitter following his controversial split decision win over Paul Felder in the UFC Auckland main event this past Sunday, which saw both men take home a $50,000 Fight of the Night bonus.
Poirier responded to Hooker with the following Tweets, seemingly teasing of a five-round fight with the New Zealander at some point in the future.

“I got 25 minutes for you,” Poirier posted in his follow-up Tweet.
Poirier is looking to rebound from his crushing title loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 242, which saw the Louisianan submitted with a rear-naked choke in the third round, suffering arguably the most lopsided defeat of his professional career. Despite his loss to Khabib, Poirier is still ranked #2 in the official UFC lightweight rankings and holds notable victories over Max Holloway, Eddie Alvarez and Justin Gaethje.
Hooker, who turned 30 earlier this month, is currently riding a three-fight win streak and has solidified himself as a top-five lightweight contender since his TKO loss to Edson Barboza in 2018.
