“UFC 112: Invincible” card loses Paul Taylor due to medical issues

A planned bout between Paul Taylor (10-5-1 MMA, 3-4 UFC) and John
Gunderson (22-7 MMA, 0-1 UFC slated for today’s UFC 112 preliminary-card
has been scratched due to medical issues.

Trainer Shawn Tompkins, who planned to corner Gunderson, posted on
Facebook that they learned – while on the bus to the night’s host site
at Concert Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – that Taylor has
been scratched from the card.

has since made the announcement official.
