LONDON – As expected, Saturday’s “UFC 120: Bisping vs. Akiyama” set the UFC’s
European record for attendance with a reported total of 17,133
spectators packing The O2 in London.
The show also generated a reported £1.6 million (approximately $2.56
million), which left it short of 2007’s UFC 75 event, which also took
place at The O2 and generated a reported mark of $2.7 million, the
current record gate for Europe.
UFC president Dana White issued both figures at the evening’s post-event press conference.
