TORONTO – MMAjunkie.com was on scene and reporting live from today’s UFC 129 fighter weigh-ins,
where all but one of the 24 fighters successfully made weight on his
first attempt.
Today’s festivities took place at Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto. Saturday’s sold-out event takes place at the nearby Rogers Centre.
Among those weighing in were UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre
(169.5 pounds) and top contender Jake Shields (169), as well as UFC
featherweight titleholder Jose Aldo (145) and challenger Mark Hominick
(145).
