SAN JOSE, Calif. – Miguel Torres not only picked up a much-needed victory, but the ex-WEC champion did so in the style that once made him one of MMA’s most entertaining fighters.
Dumped on the prelims after a lackluster loss to Demetrious Johnson in May, Torres returned to the win column with a solid unanimous-decision victory over fellow bantamweight Nick Pace.
The bout was part of UFC 139 and streamed live on Facebook prior to the night’s Spike TV and pay-per-view
portions of the event.
