The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s first event in Japan in nearly 12 years will broadcast on pay-per-view, FX and Facebook.

UFC officials recently announced the broadcast plans for next weekend’s
UFC 144 event, including preliminary broadcasts to supplement the
evening’s loaded seven-bout main card.

Featuring a lightweight title fight between current champ Frankie Edgar
and former WEC title holder Ben Henderson, “UFC 144: Edgar vs.
Henderson” takes place on Sunday, Feb. 26, at Saitama Super Arena in
Saitama, Japan. Due to the time difference, the event airs on Saturday
night in the U.S.
