UFC 203 medical suspensions: Overeem, Brown, Rivera all suspended indefinitely

UFC 203 is in the books, so now it’s time to take a last look at the winners and losers and see who’s going to have to take some real time off.

It’s no surprise that there are a few long injury suspensions following UFC 203. While it wasn’t the promotion’s most action packed card to date, a brutal hand injury and a clean KO meant that at least a couple people were going to be sitting out for a while.

And while those bases were covered, there are still a few surprises in the medical suspensions coming out of UFC 203. Brad Tavares is out indefinitely, requiring clearance on a lower back injury, Jimmie Rivera is out too, pending a visit to the eye doctor (thanks to a rake from Urijah Faber), and Sean Spencer is out for a busted left hand.

Here’s the full list of medical suspensions for UFC 203 as reported by MMAFighting:

Stipe Miocic: 45 day suspension, 15 days no contact
