UFC 212 video: Embedded, part 1 – ‘Can’t wait to do the damn thing’

UFC 212 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the first episode for this weekend’s big show in Rio, and it serves as a brief introduction to the four fighters that make up the top of the card.

The show kicks off with Karolina Kowalkiewicz, who discusses getting to go to new places and how being in the UFC has opened the world up to her. She seems to really love being in Rio.

Next up is UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo, who is doing some training. Max Holloway discusses the trip to Brazil, and has to go out to get some special water because Brazilian water has too much salt in it. He is cutting weight, after all.

Finally, Claudia Gadelha discusses her work with her new team, and her English is pretty awesome now.
