UFC 213 is all set to pop off from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday July 8, 2017 and will feature a women’s Bantamweight title fight that will see current division champion Amanda Nunes attempt to go up 2-0 on Valentina Schevchenko.
The duo initially threw down at UFC 196 in March of 2016, with “Lioness” taking home a unanimous decision victory. Both women have been on a roll since then, with Nunes winning the division strap after knocking out Miesha Tate at UFC 200 and subsequently doing the same to Ronda Rousey.
As for “Bullet,” she took out former champion Holly Holm and top contender Julianna Pena on her way to her first-ever UFC title fight.
Also on the stacked card, Robert Whittaker and Yoel Romero will go toe-to-toe for the interim Middleweight title, while Donald Cerrone and Robbie Lawler throw down in a highly-anticipated Welterweight bout. Plus, Fabricio Werdum and Alistair Overeem throw down for the third time in a pivotal heavyweight bout.
