Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos became the first man to finish Sean Strickland, and he did it in some style.
UFC welterweight Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos is also known as Elizeu Capoeira, and there was definitely capoeira involved in his UFC 224 bout vs. Sean Strickland.
Just past the midway point of the opening round, Zaleski unleashed a spinning kick that caught Strickland on the temple, and sent his opponent to the canvas. The Brazilian followed up with ground-and-pound and that was the end of the fight. A sensational win for Zaleski, who has now won five straight, and he’s the first man to stop Strickland.
