Check out the second episode of Embedded for UFC 226.
UFC 226 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the second episode for this weekend’s big supershow in Vegas, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
Things start out with Stipe Miocic, who is clowning around with his team during some workouts. His coach talks about Daniel Cormier, and how he’s not going to bring anything Stipe hasn’t seen before. He then heads out in a field with a metal detector. His friend follows him around, digging up…nothing.
Over at DC’s place, he talks about the fight coming up quickly. He kisses his kids goodbye, and talks about “all the sh-t” he’s done on Embedded. He then heads to the airport to fly to Vegas.
Now we’re in Torrance with Brian Ortega. His dad is underneath a house, and he coaxes him out to surprise him with the Embedded crew. His mom appears as well, and playfully slaps Brian for swearing. He talks about how his dad was creative and built lots of cool stuff for him when he was a kid.
Francis Ngannou makes his first appearance, joking around with Megan Olivi and doing the photo shoot. They built a glove wall with 300 gloves on it for the Hall of Fame, and take some pictures with Max Holloway in front of it. He shows off his Reebok song, and talks to Brad Tavares about getting name-dropped on Drake’s new album. Holloway isn’t sure if that is actually about him though.
And that’s it! UFC 226 goes down this Saturday night in Vegas.
