Check out the third episode of Embedded for UFC 232.
UFC 232 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the third episode for this weekend’s big show in Vegas…wait no, California, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
Amanda Nunes arrives in Vegas. Cris Cyborg visits Santa at a church with her niece and boyfriend. Former UFC fighter Rob Emerson is Cyborg’s nutritionist, and he talks about the 10 fights that he’s worked with her for. Alexander Gustafsson does a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, and is really amazed by it. The calm before the storm.
Gustafsson arrives at UFC headquarters. Dana White and Jeff Novitzky tell him about the move to California due to Jon Jones’ drug test abnormalities. Dana says he couldn’t possibly have ingested it lately because the sample size is too small. They say that Nevada can’t meet about it because four of the commissioners aren’t even in the state due to Christmas.
Dana repeats that they’re moving the card because it’s not fair to Gustafsson and it’s not fair to Jones because he didn’t do anything wrong. Gustafsson listens to all of it with his manager, then departs.
And that’s it! UFC 232 goes down in The Forum in Los Angeles this Saturday night.
