The UFC’s decision to move UFC 232 from Las Vegas, Nevada to Inglewood, California over Jon Jones’ latest drug testing fiasco has left Vegas ticket-buyers in a pretty crummy situation. Many fans from around the world had long booked their flights and hotel accommodations specifically for this year-end PPV to be held at the T-Mobile Arena, only for the switcheroo to be announced on Sunday.

UFC 232 is now being held at The Forum in Inglewood, which is about 285 miles away from Vegas, and with not as many available seats as T-Mobile Arena. It has been confirmed that tickets for this event will go on sale Wednesday, but Vegas ticket buyers will get a special pre-sale before the general public.

Tickets for UFC 232: JONES vs. GUSTAFSSON 2 at The Forum in Inglewood go on sale Wednesday, Dec. 26 via www.ticketmaster.com. A special pre-sale will be available to UFC 232 Las Vegas ticket buyers beginning at 12 p.m. PT. UFC Fight Club® members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets at 2 p.m. PT. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning at 3 p.m. PT.

According to Damon Martin, tickets will be priced at $76, $96, $131, $181, $231, and $306. It’ll certainly be a much smaller gate than had it remained in Las Vegas, but there’s also going to be a hell of a drop in pay-per-view revenue if this was UFC 232: Cyborg vs. Nunes compared to keeping Jones vs. Gustafsson 2 intact.

Needless to say, there are plenty of justifiably angry and upset fans over this whole situation.
