Check out the fifth episode of Embedded for UFC 238.
UFC 238 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the fifth episode for this weekend’s big show in Chicago, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
We start out at Wrigley Field, the home of the Chicago Cubs. Henry Cejudo is throwing out the first pitch. Dana White is there. Bruno Silva too. They talk about the “stacked” UFC 238 card. They don’t show where his pitch actually went, so it probably wasn’t very good.
It’s Ultimate Media Day. Marlon Moraes is with teammate Frankie Edgar. Amanda Nunes jokes around with Donald Cerrone. Alexa Grasso takes a pic with him too. Tony Ferguson brings his belt. He talks about finishing Cerrone. They’re very cordial.
Jessica Eye talks about the fight with Valentina Shevchenko. She’s happy with her spot. She wears a bulletbroof vest to the staredown. Shevchenko doesn’t care. Nunes gives Eye some advice about beating Shevchenko.
Cejudo gets his Burger King magician outfit, and does his dorky magic act at the staredown. Moraes is bemused. Dana apologizes to the fans as Cejudo throws things out to them. That was funny. Moraes is irked by a Brazilian (I think it’s Bruno Silva) talking trash from the media gallery. Cejudo and Moraes chirp as they’re escorted away.
Actual heat! I like it! UFC 238 goes down tomorrow night in Chicago.
