Check out the fifth episode of Embedded for UFC 241.

UFC 241 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the fifth episode for this weekend’s big show in Anaheim, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

Things start off at the Hilton in Anaheim. Stipe Miocic’s coach has his hand in a box from an injury. Miocic is joking around, as usual. Daniel Cormier does a photoshoot but he won’t touch the new belt. Bad superstition. Miocic makes as much noise as possible while they’re setting up the sound for his media interview. He’s making everyone laugh.

Miocic and Yoel Romero hug and joke around a bit. Romero gets down and does some push-ups before his photo shoot. Nate Diaz shows up. He’s got too many people, but no one cares. Jeff Novitzky makes an appearance. Foreshadowing. Nate signs some posters.

It’s open workouts time. DC works with his kid to do his introduction. He nails it. Cormier then hypes the crowd a bit, saying he doesn’t give a f—k about Miocic’s feelings and he’s gonna keep his title. Anthony Pettis gets out there in front of the people. He respects Nate Diaz. He talks about using his kicking game against his opponent.

Richard Perez wants a red shirt and hat before Nate goes out. Miocic responds to Cormier, saying DC actually cried on TV, so whatever. Diaz come out to a crowd chant and lights up what appears to be a joint. The crowd loves it. Diaz says he’s never been jealous of Pettis, he’s just done more work than them and he felt disrespected.

And that’s it! UFC 241 goes down tomorrow in Anaheim.
