Check out the fourth episode of Embedded for UFC 245.

UFC 245 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the fourth episode for this weekend’s big show in Sin City, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

We start at the PI with Alexander Volkanovski. He talks about the rise of MMA in Australia, and how all the events sell out. His coach talks about his own rise, where Volkanovski fought on the local scene in Australia and New Zealand.

Marlon Moraes makes his first Embedded appearance. He gets some supplements at the PI, and talks about opponent Jose Aldo being his idol. We move onto Colby Covington, who has his boxing coach there with him. He says he’s a better all-round athlete because of him.

Over at the Red Rock, Max Holloway talks about a cousin that can sleep anywhere, and shows a pic of him sleeping cageside to the camera. Kamaru Usman talks about how crazy it is that he’s on the billboards now. He used to watch Mike Tyson fights back in the day and the family would have fight parties.

The rest of the crew is on the way to the Athlete Panel. Apparently there’s a curse from getting a haircut on Embedded. Volkanovski says he’s going to break it. He complains about the broken fridge from an earlier episode.

Athlete Panel time. Germaine de Randamie doesn’t believe there is an MMA goat, because everyone is beatable. Volkanovski doesn’t get hyped up by the media stuff. Covington doesn’t regret his fight promotion. Usman and Holloway talk about their fashion choices backstage before they come out. Amanda Nunes is motivated by seeing her two belts. Usman is relaxed. He says the pressure is on Colby.

And that’s it! UFC 245 goes down on Saturday night in the T-Mobile Arena.
