Business may not be 100-percent back as usual ahead of Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) return this Saturday night (May 9) for UFC 249 in Jacksonville, Fla. — which will be a close-door event — but “Embedded” remains a constant.

In episode two of the behind-the-scenes video blog, Dominick Cruz gets a fresh cut ahead of his title fight against Bantamweight king, Henry Cejudo. Though he isn’t headed to his local barber shop due to COVID-19 restrictions, instead going to his personal hair stylist’s home before he he gets a late jog in.

Event headliner, Justin Gaethje, enjoys some fresh air with his dog before he and head trainer Trevor Whitman get some rounds in ahead of the big interim Lightweight title fight against Tony Ferguson. who partakes in a late night game of catch with friends in an empty parking lot.
