Here’s a look at the current card for next weekend’s UFC 249 show in Jacksonville.
The UFC is back! Hopefully. For now, it looks like we’ll finally get back to things on May 9th, in the VyStar Memorial Veterans Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there will be no fans in attendance in the arena and the UFC assures that appropriate safety measures will be taken for the athletes.
Khabib Nurmagomedov still can’t leave Russia, so the main event will be for an interim UFC lightweight title between Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje. The co-main will be contested for the bantamweight title, with champ Henry Cejudo taking on former champ Dominick Cruz.
