Daniel Cormier will bid farewell to the sport of mixed martial arts (MMA) as an active competitor this Sat. night (Aug. 15, 2020) when he takes on Heavyweight champion, Stipe Micocic, in the main event of UFC 252 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The two men will finally settle the score in this highly-anticipated trilogy fight which will either see “DC” walk away as a champion or Miocic become the only man to hold two wins over the former UFC champ-champ.
Before then, UFC complicated collection of Cormier’s best finishes throughout his career. So without further ado, here is the list:
Submission win (rear-naked choke) over Dan Henderson at UFC 173 in 2014.
TKO win over Volkan Oezdemir at UFC 220 in 2018.
Submission win (rear-naked choke) over Anthony Johnson at UFC 210 in 2017.
Knockout over Stipe Miocic at UFC 226 in 2018.
