Check out the second episode of Embedded for UFC 255.

UFC 255 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the second episode for this weekend’s big show in UFC Apex, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

We start off with Valentina Shevchenko doing some training with her sister Antonina, who is also fighting on the card. They’re doing light workouts, just maintenance.

We move over to the PI, where Brandon Moreno is getting the last of his workouts in before he fights Brandon Royval. Same sort of training, just low key in preparation for the weight cut. Moreno says that he’s bigger now, so the weight cut is more of a process. He likes the evolution of his body though. He’s excited about his chances, and his training partner Masio Fullen is hyped too. Moreno says that it’s his first time on Embedded and it feels great.

Deiveson Figueiredo shows up at the PI, and does his Covid test. Wallid Ismail discusses the details and asks if he’s allowed to use the sauna while waiting for results.

Alex Perez drove into Vegas from California. He’s actually getting a full training camp in for once. He’s cool with the Covid measures that the UFC has had to institute.

Cynthia Calvillo is shown training, and she basically says the same thing as in the first Embedded episode – that her opponent Katlyn Chookagian is really good, but she believes that she’s on another level.

And that’s it! UFC 255 goes down this Saturday in Vegas.
