UFC 257’s main event is official, with both Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier making the lightweight limit.
Thankfully, the drama of Poirier vs. McGregor 2 will be saved for the cage this weekend. Things went textbook for this morning’s weigh-ins with former UFC interim lightweight champion Dustin Poirier weighing in at 156 lbs and former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion Conor McGregor weighing in at 155 lbs.

It was 2014 when these two first fought, with McGregor winning via TKO. That fight was fought at 145 lbs, with both men looking considerably more trim. However, on Saturday we will see which man can reign over the over in the slightly heavier lightweight division.
You can watch the rest of the card weigh-in, including co-main eventers Dan Hooker and Michael Chandler, right here.
UFC 257 goes live tomorrow night, from ‘Fight Island’ in Abu Dhabi. McGregor heads into this one days after a lawsuit was filed against that accused him of sexual assault.
