Check out the second episode of Embedded for UFC 258.
UFC 258 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the first episode for this weekend’s big show in Vegas, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
We start off at Justin Gaethje’s house. He’s watching the recent UFC Vegas event with Kamaru Usman. They’re analyzing Clay Guida vs. Michael Johnson. Jorge Santiago is there too. They all freak out at Cory Sandhagen’s savage flying knee KO of Frankie Edgar.
Now we’re down in Florida at Sanford MMA with Gilbert Burns. His sons are taking part in a wrestling practice. His kids are very into his fight career and know all of his opponents. He shows videos of them freaking out when he wins.
Back in Denver, Ian Heinisch makes his first appearance. He’s doing some physical therapy. He gets super stressed when he gets hurt, but his therapist can usually fix him up.
Kelvin Gastelum is arriving at Kings MMA. Marvin Vettori is there. Gastelum wants to do well for his team. Danilo Marques, who won last Saturday, gets some congrats from his teammates. Rafael Cordeiro wants a family atmosphere. Gastelum says that Cordeiro is the reason he moved to California. Cordeiro speaks to the team.
And that’s it! UFC 258 goes down this Saturday night in UFC Apex.
