Flyweights Mayra Bueno and Manon Fiorot will no longer be competing at UFC 266.
Yet another bout has been delayed because of the COVID-19 protocol.
Originally scheduled to take place at this Saturday’s UFC 266, a flyweight bout between Mayra Bueno and Manon Fiorot was now shifted to the October 16 card, Combate’s Evy Rodrigues reported on Twitter. As of yet, it is unclear whether Bueno or Fiorot have tested positive for the virus.

In her last outing, Bueno (7-1) fought Montana De La Rosa to a majority draw, back in February. The 30-year-old’s last win happened just before that, when she tapped out Mara Romero Borella with an armbar in September 2020. Her only defeat took place in March of the same year, when ‘Sheetara’ dropped a unanimous decision to Maryna Moroz.
Looking for her third straight UFC win, Fiorot (7-1) TKO’d both Tabatha Ricci and Victoria Leonardo in her first Octagon outings earlier this year. The 31-year-old’s only professional defeat happened in her debut, when the ‘Beast’ dropped a split decision to Leah McCourt, back in June 2018.
Now, Bueno is expected to take on Fiorot at UFC Fight Night 195, on October 16, in a location yet to be determined. The card is scheduled to be headlined by a bantamweight bout between former champion Miesha Tate and contender Ketlen Vieira.
