UFC 268 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the third episode for this weekend’s huge show in NYC, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

We start off with Justin Gaethje and Trevor Wittman. Wittman thinks it will be all action against Michael Chandler. He’s gonna get the team together in New York, Gaethje is the last one to leave. Chandler is getting ready to fly, talking about zombie movies. He discusses how much goes into an eight-week camp, and how repetitive it is. He misses his family.

Kamaru Usman heads into Renzo Gracie’s academy. His brother talks about how much they’ve grown lately. Usman likes to take some time to himself every training session to make it feel more real.

Over at the UFC Gym in Soho, Colby Covington is talking about his dad getting him into wrestling when he was young. His coach Daniel Valverde rolls with him every day, unlike most head coaches. Colby wants to continually evolve. When he’s out of character, he actually has some decent insight into the game.

In the car with his manager, Usman gets a FaceTime from Khabib Nurmagomedov. He wishes him well, then is asked if he has anything to say to the Embedded cameras. Khabib says it’s always Embedded, and he’s tired of it and just wants to live his life now. That was pretty funny. He says Kamaru is the best P4P fighter in the world.

And that’s it! UFC 268 goes down this Saturday night in MSG.
