Who was that masked man?
None other than current UFC middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis, who was revealed as “Wildebeest” on Season 2 (Ep. 5) of The Masked Singer South Africa. “Stillknocks” dazzled the audience with his vocals, then got his giant head ripped off after what appeared to be a brief struggle.
Or maybe that was just for dramatic effect.
Give it up one last time for this sexy beast, Wildebeest!

He moves like Minaton from Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger.
UFC 303 headliner Michael Chandler was also a guest on The Masked Singer, the popular game show where celebrities and notable personalities dress up in various costumes to belt out popular tunes while contestants try to guess their secret identities.
Du Plessis, 30, captured the crown by defeating Sean Strickland at UFC 297 earlier this year in Toronto and is expected to make his first 185-pound title defense against former champion Israel Adesanya when the promotion returns to Perth for UFC 305 in August.
