Check out the betting odds for Saturday’s UFC Fight Island 2 card, where Robert Whittaker is projected to best Darren Till in the main event, and Alexander Gustafsson is favored over Fabricio Werdum in the main event.

The UFC Fight Island 3 card kicks off tonight from Abu Dhabi and the night will be topped off with a trio of previous champs. The headliner will see the UFC’s former middleweight champ, Robert Whittaker, square off with fellow standup aficionado, Darren Till. The co-main event will be getting the company’s past one-time light heavyweight champ, Mauricio “Shogun” Rua, against a man he holds two decision wins over, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. Before that, the promotion’s former interim heavyweight champion, Fabricio Werdum, will tangle with two-time 205-pound title challenger, Alexander Gustafsson. Let’s take a gander at the betting lines for these bouts.

The oddsmakers are favoring Robert Whittaker to get the job done in the UFC Fight Island 3 main event, but not by much. The former gold holder clocks in here with a slight minus line of -125. As for Darren Till, he is currently on the books as a slight +115 underdog. According to the odds, this scrap will reach the championship rounds, but won’t likely make it the full 25-minutes. The prop bet ‘Fight starts round 4’ holds a favored line of -150, with a +120 comeback on the ‘Fight won’t start round 4’ option. The prop bet ‘Fight starts round 5’ however, has been given an underdog tag of +100, with ‘Fight won’t start round 5’ favored at -130.

In the co-main event we’re getting the trilogy fight that we didn’t even know we needed. For the third time, Shogun Rua is favored to get the best of “Little Nog.” The eternal Shogun is gliding around some odd odds of -193, leaving Nogueira in the underdog realm at +178. At least the odds are favoring a finish here. The exotic bet ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ comes at a substantially favored cost of -245, with ‘Fight goes to decision’ on the other side as a +185 dog. Why is this three-match happening? It’s 2020, that’s why. There should be betting odds for whether or not this fight gets weird.

Speaking of weird, Alexander Gustafsson is making his move up to heavyweight to face Jiu-Jitsu expert Fabricio Werdum. Gus is a heavy betting favorite here, posting up a sizable moneyline of -300. As for Werdum, the former champ is found treading underdog water at a height of +270. Gustafsson is used to being a heavy favorite, but it’s been awhile since Werdum has been this large of a betting underdog. The last time was when he was a +400 dog to Cain Velasquez at UFC 188 way back in 2015. It was a simpler time.
