For the first time ever, the UFC is off to Argentina, as UFC Fight Night 140 originates from Buenos Aires on Saturday, November 17th. The main event on FS1 is a welterweight showdown between Argentina’s own Santiago Ponzinibbio and longtime contender Neil Magny, while featherweight contenders Ricardo Lamas and Darren Elkins square off in the co-main event.
The next most important fight on the card is a women’s strawweight matchup between prospects Cynthia Calvillo and Poliana Botelho, followed by flyweights Alexandre Patoja and Ulka Sasaki, who are obviously on the prelims because it’s the flyweight division.
