Check out the betting odds for Saturday’s UFC Fort Lauderdale card, where Ronaldo Jacare Souza is favored over Jack Hermansson in the main event.

UFC Fort Lauderdale kicks off tonight, and Bloody Elbow is here to drop the betting odds.

The evening will be headlined by the promotion’s #4 ranked middleweight Ronaldo Jacare Souza taking on the #10 ranked Jack Hermansson. Jacare is the betting favorite here with a moneyline of -210. Hermansson is currently marked at an underdog tag of +175.

According to the betting lines, this main event middleweight matchup will not be lasting the full 25-minutes. The prop bet ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ owns a substantially favored line of -565, with a +410 comeback on ‘Fight goes to decision.’ Considering Jacare’s achieved a finish in his six previous wins, and Hermansson did the same in his last five, it’s no surprise to see this prop line so wide.

It’s Jacare who is favored to end this one early. ‘Souza wins inside distance’ can be scooped at a favored mark of -170, with ‘Not Souza inside distance’ at +140. ‘Hermansson wins inside distance’ is available with a dog tag of +270, with ‘Not Hermansson inside distance’ at -360. Taking it one step further, the bookies foresee the Jiu-Jitsu ace in Jacare pulling out a sub on Hermansson. ‘Souza wins by submission’ can be acquired with a favored line of -155, with ‘Any other result’ at +115. For comparison, ‘Hermansson wins by submission‘ sits at a super-underdog line of +1750, with ‘Any other result’ at -5250.

In the co-main event slot, the 3-1 former NFL player Greg Hardy, and his controversial ways, are favored over the returning 9-2 Dmitry Smoliakov. Despite giving up the edge in experience, Hardy clocks in with a heavily favored betting line of -345. Smoliakov is a sizable underdog here with a moneyline of +285. Just like the UFC Fort Lauderdale main event, the co-main is not projected to go the distance. ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ can be had at a mega-favored line of -610, with a +425 comeback on ‘Fight goes to decision.’

According to the odds, Hardy is expected to finish his foe inside of three-rounds. ‘Hardy wins inside distance’ sits with a strongly favored line of -240, with ‘Not Hardy inside distance’ at +180. As for his opponent, ‘Smoliakov wins inside distance’ has been tagged with an underdog mark of +425, with ‘Not Smoliakov inside distance’ massively favored at -610. The moneylines also have Hardy stopping Smoliakov by knockout or TKO. The prop bet ‘Hardy wins by TKO/KO’ owns a considerably favored line of -275, with ‘Any other result’ at +195. On the flipside, ‘Smoliakov wins by TKO/KO’ can be grabbed at +680, with ‘Any other result’ at -1440.
