The UFC wraps up its stretch of three events in one week (at the same venue) with a quality Fight Night on ESPN television on Saturday, May 16th. In the main event, heavyweight contender Walt Harris looks to continue his winning ways against veteran striker Alistair Overeem. This is Harris’ first fight since the tragic and senseless murder of his stepdaughter Aniah Blanchard.
In the co-main event, former strawweight title challenger Claudia Gadelha takes on Angela Hill in a very important matchup for both fighters. Other main card action includes Edson Barboza dropping down to 145 lbs to take on Dan Ige, Eryk Anders battling Krzysztof Jotko at middleweight, and there’s a really intriguing bantamweight scrap between Song Yadong and Marlon Vera.
