Invicta FC Featherweight Champion Cristiane Justino will return to the Octagon this weekend at a catchweight of 140 pounds, simply because Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) doesn’t have a 145-pound weight class, but still wants to capitalize on the popularity of the Brazilian smashing machine.

Opposing her will be the talented but relatively unknown Lina Lansberg in the UFC Fight Night 95 five-round main event, locked and loaded for this Saturday night (Sept. 24, 2016) on FOX Sports 1 from inside Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasilia, Brazil.

Ahead of their mixed martial arts (MMA) brouhaha, “Cyborg” made her debut on the latest UFC rankings list, clocking in at No. 20 behind former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez. That probably comes a surprise when you consider the rankings (see them here) only have room for 15 combatants…

…Which is why Forrest Griffin and Matt Parrino of the promotion’s weekly “Rankings Report” went and added another five slots to make room for “Cyborg.” She would have been ranked higher, but Griffin cited her lack of competition thus far in her combat sports career.

Kind of hard to find competition in a division that does not exist.
